Bio~
Joltz was found as an egg by Ria, and has been with her ever since. He follows her everywhere and never leaves her side. It is believed that Joltz was abandoned by the Leaf Clan but the reason is still unknown. But since Ria found him as an Egg he believes he has been with her since the beginning and she is her real family, he has no idea he was abandoned by his clan.

His relationships with different pokemon-
Ria-Sister, where ever Ria is, bet you'll find him somewhere close by
Kai- He see's him as a brother like figure, and plays with him occasionally
Luca- He was scared of her at the beginning but after a while he over came his fear and thinks of her as a close friend
